Return Policy

Authentically Branded is dedicated to making sure every customer is satisfied beyond the bottle. If you are not fully satisified with your purchase we would love to hear from you. While we do not offer refunds at this present time, we will try our best to find a resolution. Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Our products are made in small quanities and are packaged to reinforce the highest quality is maintained during the delivery process. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for any damage that may have occured during delivery. If you received a damaged item, please email us within three (3) business days from the date you received your order. Please make sure you fully acknowledge and consent to our company's "no refund" policy before finalizing your order. 


Shipping Policy

Authentically Branded makes every effort to expedite your order and process on the same day provided that orders are received before 3pm EST. We normally are able to provide same day shipping if order goes through successfully by the deadline. If not, all orders are processed the following business day. We strive to insure that your order is completed accurately and can withstand the normal package handling that is typical while in the hands of the various delivery companies that we utilize. Should there be any questions regarding your order, we may need to get in contact with you, so it is important that you include a current telephone number and valid email address. Our Customer Service team will attempt to resolve any issues with you as soon as possible.

Authentically Branded is not liable for any lost, late, stolen or damaged items. All merchandise shipped have an opportunity to insure the delivery of your goods. We work extremely close to our shipping suppliers to assure that packages safely without delay. Keep in mind that as much as we try to prevent mishaps, occasionally delays as well as some wear and tear causing package damage may occur during shipping. In either case, please be sure to contact customer service and we will be happy to rectify any problems or concerns.


Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ship orders to their destination as expeditiously as possible. Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read and agree with the purchase. Keep in mind that we cannot interrupt the ordering process once received.
