We’ll share the recipe for a miracle moisturizer in just a minute but first, let’s talk about ways that you can help your skin look its best in other ways besides just relying on moisturizers.
- Ditch the drugstore soaps that are full of chemicals. They’ll do nothing but irritate and dry out your skin. Go for a soap that is homemade or organic.
- Lower the temperature of your bath/shower water. The hotter the water, the bigger the damage to your skin. Hot water rids the skin of natural oils, which leads to dry skin.
- Moisturize the second you are done showering. Gently dry yourself off and then apply moisturizer to damp skin.
- Add foods such as salmon, dark chocolate, green tea, walnuts, carrots and avocados to your diet because they are all good for your skin.
In addition to doing the items mentioned above, try using this miracle moisturizer after you bathe or any time of day that you want to rehydrate your skin.
